Hey there! I'm Chylea, Northwest Arkansas's go to photographer that specializes in maternity, fresh 48, newborn, baby milestone and family photography. I'm pretty relaxed in the studio and love to go with the flow (your memories are better that way!). I started photography in 2017, but in January of 2020 I decided to niche down to maternity, newborns, kiddo milestones, and family photography (a great time to do that, right? haha).

Originally from Southwest Missouri, I moved to NWA after some traumatic experiences and needing a fresh start with my little family...and at the suggestion of my sister to allow my business to grow and succeed...boy was she right. I started photography because I wanted to take pictures of my littles, but then I remembered my experience back in 2011 with the Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep program, where they took photographs of my first daughter who was stillborn. I decided that I wanted to capture memories for parents who won't receive any additional memories of their pregnancies and newborns...however once I realized I mentally couldn't handle that, I decided capturing the current and upcoming memories for my clients were the best thing to do.

I know it sounds super cliche, however I truly do love my job and capturing those tiny details and newest moments that honestly, you won't get back. You only have your belly for 9 months (not even) and newborns littlest details for a short time before they grow into tiny humans crawling and running everywhere, so why not capture those memories and keep them in an album or on the wall for years to come. I create family heirlooms, to be passed down to your kids, and their kids after that and so on. Keeping the most precious memories alive.
