What To Expect
Hey there! I’m Chylea, the owner of Rustic Arrow Photography and I’m so happy to be one of the top family photographers in the Northwest Arkansas area. I’ve been capturing the most extraordinary moments since 2017, and I love focusing on the intimate moments of your family during this unforgettable time of your lives. I truly believe that capturing the most unforgettable moments and putting those in tangible form is the most precious gift for parents.
Once you know which collection you’d like to go with, the next steps are to let me know which one, I’ll send you the contract & retainer invoice. Then once you have put down a deposit & signed your photography agreement, your session date goes onto my calendar!
We will then chat to talk about your session, what you’re looking forward to, wanting the most, locations, outfits that go with the locations and the vibe you’re going for. We can figure out if I have outfits in my client closet you’ll want to wear, or where you can get your outfits.
When do you get to pick your images? Within a week of your session, I’ll contact you to let you know I have the proofing gallery ready. From there, you’ll need to let me know the best day for you for me to send the online proofing gallery over. Once I know and send, you’ll have a
minimum of 24 hours to choose which images you’d like to keep. After that, up to 3 weeks and I’ll have your gallery fully edited and sent back to you.
